In these Website Terms and Privacy Policy (the “Terms”), “you” or “your” means any user of this Site. Unless otherwise stated, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Edwards-Pitman Environmental and its successors and assigns. These Terms only apply to our main website and not our portal which contains its own terms of use and privacy policy.

Governing Law

Any arbitration may, but need not be, administered by the American Arbitration Association and shall be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
